The annual income of the 10 richest businessmen of Odesa region exceeded 100 billion

Analysts of the Opendatabot platform have compiled a list of Ukrainian businessmen whose businesses have an income of UAH 10 million or more and identified 100 of them in the Odesa region.
According to analysts, the total income of the top ten in Odesa region exceeds UAH 100.3 billion.
Muslim Keloyev, the owner of PADE LLC, which is engaged in wholesale trade in solid, liquid, gaseous fuels and similar products, and Promtekhpostachinvest LLC, which specializes in real estate leasing, are at the top of the ranking. The businessman's total income amounted to UAH 23 billion 651 million 34 thousand. The businessman was ranked 30th in Ukraine as a whole.
In July 2025, the Center for Public Investigations mentioned the businessman in connection with a tender for the maintenance of a local road that runs through Zahradivka, Kochubeivka, Davydiv Brid and goes to the border of Mykolaiv region. The State Audit Service was also interested in this procurement at the time.
In second place is Oleksandr Boyko, the owner of several companies, among which the most profitable is Avtomagistral-Pivden Limited Liability Company. His total income is UAH 19 billion 602.6 million. In Ukraine as a whole, he ranks 42nd.
Oleksandr Boyko is a Ukrainian businessman and owner of Avtomagistral-Pivden, one of the largest contractors of the state program "Big Construction". His activities have repeatedly been the subject of journalistic investigations related to corruption schemes, cartel conspiracies, raider attacks and misuse of budget funds. He is also mentioned in the Panama Papers.
Vyacheslav Pismenyuk is on the third place with 13 billion 612.7 thousand hryvnias of total annual income. He is the 66th richest person in Ukraine. He owns the private enterprise Tavria Plus, which brought him this income.

The fourth is the owner of Trade Energy Solution LLC , Kyrylo Kolomiitsev. He ranks 103rd in Ukraine. His total income is UAH 9 billion 602.4 million.
Pavlo Chyklikcha, the owner of GAMDEV LLC, took the fifth place, having earned UAH 6 billion 928.3 million. The company is engaged in the organization of gambling and it brought the owner the main annual income. The businessman was ranked 149th in Ukraine.
Two other co-owners of the private enterprise Tavria Plus, Borys and Mykhailo Muzalev, took sixth and eighth place in Odesa region, respectively. Borys Muzalev, with an income of UAH 5 billion 957.2 million, was also ranked sixth in Ukraine, and Mykhailo Muzalev, with an income of UAH 5 billion 484.9 million, was ranked 201st in Ukraine.
The seventh place was given to Serhiy Yershov, the owner of Glenport Odesa LLC, which is engaged in wholesale trade in grain, unprocessed tobacco, and animal feed. He was ranked 187th in the all-Ukrainian ranking. Its total annual income amounted to UAH 5 billion 924.2 million.
The ninth place was taken by Oleksandr Yakovenko, owner of Tekhavtofart South LLC. The company is engaged in the production of air and space aircraft and related equipment. The entrepreneur's revenue amounted to UAH 5 billion 483.4 million.
The only woman in the top ten is Tetiana Kovalenko, owner of Sanolta LLC, which sells dairy products, eggs, edible oils and fats. Her income reached UAH 4 billion 94.2 million.
Who else from Odesa region was included in the list
Yevhen Konovalov and Yuriy Schumacher, co-owners of Rostdorstroy Limited Liability Company, took 12th and 13th place respectively and earned UAH 3 billion 644.3 million and UAH 3 billion 632.5 million. In Ukraine, they ranked 323rd and 324th respectively.
Oleksandr Kaufman, whose companies supply cars to the National Police, the Security Service of Ukraine, and other agencies, is ranked 37th in the top 100 richest, and 871st in Ukraine. His annual income is UAH 1 billion 544.2 million.
Andriy Stavnitser , co-owner of TIS-KP LLC, is ranked 47th in Odesa region and 990th in Ukraine. According to Opendatabot, his annual income amounted to UAH 1 billion 359.5 million.
