The procurement was conducted as an open tender with specific conditions, and the sole participant was the limited liability company “Progressdorbud,” which is currently awaiting the signing of the agreement.

The auction took the form of an open tender with specific conditions, involving two limited liability companies: “Progressdorbud” and “Construction Firm ‘Pritetbudinvest’.” “Progressdorbud” LLC was selected as the winner, having offered to perform the repairs for 48.1 million hryvnias—50,000 hryvnias less than its competitor.
