The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has started preparing a tender to find managers of seized property in Odesa and Odesa region.
This was reported by the ARMA press service.
The company in question is Cryoin Engineering. The company, which operates in the Odesa region, is known for the production of high-purity inert gases such as neon, helium, xenon, and krypton, and has its own scientific base and modern equipment for the full cycle of production and transportation. According to the investigation, the founders of Cryoin Engineering, Russian citizens, organized the company 's activities in favor of the aggressor state.
Another object is real estate on Prymorskyi Boulevard in Odesa - a semi-circular building near the Duke monument, which is an architectural monument of national importance. The property was previously used by former Odesa City Council member Ruslan Tarpan, who is suspected of aiding the aggressor state.
It is also planned to look for a manager for the Mozart Hotel and Restaurant, an architectural monument dating back to 1870 in the historic center of Odesa. The actual owners were Russian citizens. The Mozart Hotel and Restaurant is an architectural monument built in 1870, located in the historic center of the city at the intersection of Richelieu and Lanzheronovskaya streets. The building with a total area of 6,490.9 square meters has been completely restored according to old photographs and plans with the restoration of the authentic facade and interiors. The hotel is located just 2 kilometers from the railway station and next to the Odesa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater. The hotel was owned by Lina Akivison, the daughter of Russian businessman Igor Akivison.
And finally, we are talking about the arrested vessel EMMAKRIS III, which is located in the waters of the port of Chornomorsk. The asset can be used for the transportation and storage of dry cargo. The vessel was owned by a Russian company registered in Rostov-on-Don. In June 2025, an attempt was made to steal the vessel from the port.
