A hotel in Odesa’s historic city center, near Deribasovskaya Street, is being prepared for a competitive selection process to appoint a manager.

Thiswas reported on October 23 by the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).

The property in question is the seized real estate of the “Central” Hotel. It is located in the historic part of Odesa on Preobrazhenska Street.

The asset consists of the hotel’s non-residential premises with a total area of 4,972.7 square meters. The property is located in the central part of the city and has potential for use in the hotel business and tourism infrastructure.

ARMA is currently carrying out preparatory measures for the upcoming competitive selection process. Once the necessary procedures are completed, the manager will be selected through the Prozorro electronic system.

As noted by ARMA, the hotel’s non-residential premises, located at 40 Preobrazhenska Street, Odesa, have been transferred to the agency’s management. Private ownership rights to these premises are registered under “Odesa Hotel ‘Centralny’ LLC.”

The hotel is located in the city’s historic and cultural center, surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, and museums. Deribasovskaya Street, Sobornaya Square, and the Opera and Ballet Theater are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The hotel has 84 rooms ranging in size from 20 to 50 square meters in various categories: “Economy,” “Standard,” “Junior Suite,” and “Suite,” all decorated in a classic style. There are also four themed rooms dedicated to different eras: “Communal Apartment,” “Literary Odessa,” the Ostap Bender Room, and “Retro 60s–70s.”
