Ukraine has put up for sale bank buildings in the temporarily occupied Henichesk and Nova Kakhovka in Kherson region. The lots were put up by Prominvestbank PJSC, and the auction is scheduled for April 1, 2025.

The relevant announcements were published on Prozorro.Sale.

The first lot is an administrative building in Henichesk at 1 Tsentralna Street. Its total area is 1,437.8 m², and the land plot under it is 0.1404 hectares. The starting price of the property is UAH 12.76 million.

The second lot is 43% of the bank's building in Nova Kakhovka at 24 Soborna Street. Its area is 1,552.1 m², including property rights to a 74.3 m² garage and land plots with a total area of 0.2247 hectares. The price of this lot starts at UAH 3.34 million.

Applications for participation in the auction can be submitted from March 20 to March 31, 2025, and the auction will take place on April 1. The auction will be held according to the scheme of a three-round English auction, where participants will compete for the lot by raising bids during three rounds, each of which will last 3 minutes. This is the first time that these objects of the bankrupt bank have been put up for sale.

It should be added that both cities are currently under Russian occupation, so the sale of these facilities raises questions. It is not yet known whether potential buyers will actually be able to access the acquired buildings in the current situation.

Recently, ARMA put up for sale seven trucks made by Scania, Volvo, MAN, and Mercedes-Benz.

Also, the Dobroslav Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa District of Odesa Region of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice has put up for sale a seized land plot for the second time.

Earlier, the National Bank of Ukraine failed to sell an integral property complex located at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road in Odesa, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.
