The National Bank failed once again to sell warehouses for 90 million in Odesa

The National Bank of Ukraine has once again put up for re-auction an integral property complex located at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road in Odesa, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.
This was reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.
The integral property complex is represented by a group of non-residential buildings and structures for warehouse and administrative purposes, located about 16 kilometers from the center of Odesa, in the Kulindorivskyi industrial hub zone in the Peresypskyi district of the city, at a distance of 0.5 km from Starokyivska road (section of the international highway M-14 "Odesa - Melitopol - Novoazovsk"). The sale is based on the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the alienation and in accordance with the rules of ProZorro.Sale electronic trading system for conducting electronic auctions for the sale or lease of property.
Thelot consists of:
- the main building with blocks of utility rooms, a car platform and a railway track;
- administrative building, security building, weighbridge, electrical workshop building;
- oils and greases warehouse, material warehouse, water measuring unit;
- switchgear, boiler house, carpentry shop, repair and mechanical building;
- a trade pavilion, a car wash, a gas station, a lubricants and oils warehouse and other property.
The lot does not include movable property that ensures the operation of refrigerators.
All costs associated with the conclusion and notarization of the property sale and purchase agreement are borne by the winner of the electronic auction.
The National Bank tried to sell this complex on June 5, but the auction failed due to the lack of bidders.
Earlier, the national bank failed to sell this property complex once again. The auction was scheduled for May 7 with a starting price of UAH 92 million 655.4 thousand. In the announcement, the organizers stated that this was the first time the lot was being put up for auction, but the National Bank had tried to sell this property twice before. The second auction was scheduled for February 14, but there were no bidders. The previous auction, which was scheduled for December 5, did not take place due to the lack of bidders.
