Odesa is going to overhaul two civil defense structures located at 43 Parkova Street and 14 Kira Muratova Street (formerly Leo Tolstoy Street).

This is stated in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

On March 6, the utility company Service Center announced two tenders with a total value of UAH 8.91 million.

UAH 4.35 million is planned to be allocated for the repair of the facility on Parkova Street, while UAH 4.56 million is planned for the construction of the building on Kira Muratova Street. Both procurements have been announced under the code DK 021:2015 (CPV) - 45450000-6, which includes other final construction works.

The contractor selection auctions are scheduled for March 18. The bidding will be held in an open format with special features that provide for shorter deadlines for submitting bids and the possibility of appealing the results. All repairs are to be completed by December 31 this year.

The tender documents provide for the dismantling of reinforced concrete structures, water storage tanks and metal structures, as well as the installation of metal-plastic and metal doors. It is planned to repair the floor with waterproofing and tiling, finish the walls and ceilings, waterproof with polymer-cement mortar, and finish the facades. The project also includes the arrangement of bathrooms, installation of heating and ventilation systems, and removal of construction waste.

Meanwhile, the overhaul of the civil defense facility at 67 Staroportofrankivska Street has risen in price by almost UAH 2.5 million.

Recently, the Usativ village council of Odesa district announced a search for a contractor to select a company to pay for the construction of a protective structure, an anti-radiation shelter, in the village of Illinka.

Also, in Chornomorsk, Odesa Oblast, an agreement was signed to build a shelter for Lyceum No. 3, but the tender raised questions about the cost of materials.
