Mykolaivvodokanal Launches ₴15M Fuel Procurement Tender

"Mykolaivvodokanal is looking for a contractor to purchase fuel. The company is ready to spend almost UAH 15 million for this purpose.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

Mykolaivvodokanal, a municipal utility company, has announced an open tender for the purchase of fuel.

Proposals from participants will be accepted until February 20, 2025, and the auction will take place on February 21.

The total procurement budget is UAH 14 million 981,400. The minimum price reduction step is 2% of the purchase amount, i.e. UAH 299,628.

The procurement involves the supply of 225 thousand liters of Euro-5 diesel fuel and 75 thousand liters of Euro-5 A-92 gasoline.

Under the terms of the tender, suppliers must provide a bank guarantee in the amount of UAH 440 thousand. The customer does not return the contract performance security in case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the supplier's obligations.

Information about the subcontractor (in case of procurement of works or services) is not required. The fuel must be delivered by June 30, 2025.

An auction was also announced for the reconstruction of the water supply network. International donors have allocated more than UAH 15 million for this purpose. According to the Prozorro system,the Mykolaivvodokanal utility company plans to upgrade the water supply network on 3 Slobidska Street - from Chkalova Street to Zavodska Street.

Earlier, the utility company announced a tender for the design, supply, and construction and installation works for the modernization of water supply networks in the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv.

The project is being implemented as part of the initiative "Revenue-free water: reconstruction of the water supply system in a selected area of Mykolaiv, Ukraine". Funding is provided by a grant from the Danish government through the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DMFA) with the support of the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO in Ukraine).
