Mykolaiv schools to be provided with fish by Odesa company for almost 2 million

A municipal enterprise that organizes meals in Mykolaiv schools has signed a contract for the supply of frozen hake with Project Invest XXI, an Odesa-based company. The total value of the contract is UAH 1 million 716 thousand.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

The tender was announced through the Prozorro platform, and the winner was selected through a request for proposals. As a result, the contract was signed with a company that was registered in 2003.

According to the YouControl analytical system, the company is owned by Natalia Fomina.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Odesa-based company will supply schools with headless hake carcasses weighing 200-400 grams. Deliveries will be made in batches throughout 2025, and the fish should be delivered within 12 hours of receiving the order.

Project Invest XXI's core business is the wholesale of food products, including fish, seafood, grain and animal feed.

Earlier, Mykolaiv announced the procurement of catering services for the military in the total amount of UAH 1.8 million. However, the tender was canceled due to the lack of bids.

Intent has already written that three Odesa hospitals have identified food suppliers for patients affected by the actions of the Russian Federation for 2025. The total amount of the contracts amounted to UAH 22 million. All three purchases were made through open tenders with special conditions, and the only bidder was Fabrika Smaku.

In addition, the municipal institution Odesa Regional Special Medical Supply Base held a procurement to select a company that will provide four meals a day for sick patients and military personnel.
