Mykolaiv has announced a tender to find a contractor for mechanized road cleaning. More than UAH 8 million is planned to be spent from the city budget.

This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

The administration of Ingul district has announced a tender for the purchase of vacuum and wet road cleaning services this year.

According to the tender, the expected purchase price is UAH 8 million 601 thousand 62. The process of submitting bids lasts until January 31, and the auction is scheduled for February 3.

The minimum price reduction step is about 43 thousand hryvnias. Participants must secure their bids with a deposit of UAH 50 thousand. At the same time, no security for the fulfillment of the procurement contract is required. Open bidding with special conditions is envisaged.

By December 31, 2025, the winner of the tender must provide mechanized vacuum cleaning of the road from dirt, debris, sand with garbage removal - 5578.278 kilometers and mechanized wet cleaning of the road - 1680.93 kilometers.

The services shall be provided using mainline type sweepers equipped with trackers for traffic control. The Contractor shall also take all collected garbage to the municipal landfill (Velyka Korenyha village) or to other authorized landfills (near Mishkovo-Pohorilove village). The Contractor shall apply environmental protection measures: ensure that the soil is not contaminated with fuels and lubricants.

The contract price depends on the actual amount of the customer's expenses and may be reduced by concluding an additional agreement. Payments will be made within 10 banking days after signing the act of acceptance of the services performed.

The city is also looking for a contractor to eliminate unauthorized landfills in the Zavodskyi district of Mykolaiv. Almost four million hryvnias have been allocated from the budget for this purpose.

In early January, Mykolaiv Vodokanal decided to hold a tender for ice removal services. The tender was announced for mechanized road de-icing after emergency repair work on the water supply and sewerage networks in Mykolaiv. The expected value of the purchase was almost three million.
