Immediately after his divorce from his wife, the mother-in-law of Vyacheslav Kuliush, head of the Kyiv Office for Combating Cybercrime, bought a beauty salon for her daughter and began building a mansion in one of the most expensive cottage towns in Odesa.
The land under construction alone would have cost at least 8 million hryvnias, which is disproportionate to the official income of the entire family, Bihus.Info journalists said.
Viacheslav Kuliush became the head of the Kyiv Cyber Police Department in early 2022. Prior to that, he worked in Odesa, along with the current head of the entire Cyber Police, Yurii Vykhodets.
While studying the declarations of the heads of the Cyberpolice, Bihus.Info journalists paid attention to Kuliush's declaration, as it looked empty. For several years, he declared only a small apartment in Odesa and two cars: BMW 320I for use and Rav4 of his wife, Nadiia Kuliush.
In 2024, the couple officially divorced. The court ruling states that the Kuliushs have not actually lived together since 2021. However, journalists have noticed that Nadia Kuliush's new car, a BMW X5, is currently parked in the parking lot of the Premium Residence business class residential complex in the village of Kryzhanivka, near Odesa. Since 2023, the cyberpolice officer's mother has owned a 100-meter apartment in this complex.
According to the journalists, this fact hints at the fictitiousness of the breakup, so they decided to check the lifestyle of the policeman's formally ex-wife. It turned out that almost immediately after the divorce, Kuliush's former mother-in-law bought a land plot in the Black Sea Riviera residential area near Odesa. This is one of the most expensive places in the region, where a hundred square meters costs an average of 500 thousand hryvnias. The woman bought 16 acres, which means the land cost about 8 million hryvnias. At the same time, the former mother-in-law also bought a non-residential property in Odesa, where the ex-wife of a cyberpolice now operates a beauty salon.
At the same time, the former mother-in-law also bought a non-residential apartment in Odesa, where the ex-wife of a cyberpolice officer now operates a beauty salon. During the preparation of the journalistic material, the land plot with the unfinished estate in the "Black Sea Riviera" was re-registered from the ex-mother-in-law to the company "Bear Service".
The company is registered in Rivne region and belongs to Vadym Adamskyi, the brother of the former head of the cyber police department in Rivne region, Yuriy Adamskyi. Kuliush and Adamskyi's families have close ties: the wives of both are engaged in cosmetology, took courses in Odesa, and follow each other on Instagram. In addition, it is Anastasia Adamska, the wife of the former Rivne cyberpolice officer, who provides Kuliush with her car for use, and Nadiya Kuliush received a salary from a company affiliated with the Adamsky family. In response to the request, the cyberpolice officer himself also confirmed that he was on friendly terms with Anastasia Adamska.
