An open tender was announced on Prozorro to select a manager of the seized property and corporate rights of Cryoin Engineering. The company, which operates in Odesa region, is known for the production of high-purity inert gases such as neon, helium, xenon and krypton, and has its own scientific base and modern equipment for the full cycle of production and transportation.

The property and corporate rights of Cryoin Engineering were seized and transferred to the agency by a decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv. The tender is open to all interested companies, except for the owners of the asset and representatives of the aggressor state. Proposals can be submitted until November 8, 2025, at 18:00 via the Prozorro system.
The assets were transferred to the agency by the Shevchenkivskyi Court of Kyiv. According to the investigation, the founders of Cryoin Engineering, Russian citizens, organized the company 's activities in favor of the aggressor state. They cooperated with a number of Russian companies, including Moscow-based Business Management LLC, and supplied products to representatives of the Russian Federation through controlled entities, in effect helping its military and economic interests and harming Ukraine.
Market consultations have also been launched to find a manager for a strategic asset - a maritime logistics complex in Odesa region. This facility is associated with the former owners of PrivatBank, including oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky. The complex was seized in the framework of criminal proceedings and transferred to the management of the ARMA by court order.
