The Oknyanska, Savranska, Zelenohirska settlement communities and the Baltska city community are among the top ten leaders in terms of income from agricultural land lease.
According to the Prozorro.Sale website, the Oknyanska community held 146 auctions, with the winners paying a total of UAH 30.3 million.
The Savranska community held 57 auctions, as a result of which it receives UAH 15.7 million annually, while the Zelenohirska community, although it held much more auctions - 152 - will receive UAH 15.3 million annually.
Among these four, the Baltska urban community has the lowest income - UAH 14 million, although it held 274 auctions. The community ranks tenth in the top ten. Oknyanska took the second place, Savranska - the fourth, and Zelenohirska - the fifth.

Overall, over the past four years, Odesa Oblast has leased out the most agricultural land: communities and the Land Bank have held almost 2,000 successful auctions there. The second and third places are occupied by Lviv and Sumy regions: 1.4 thousand and 1.1 thousand agricultural plots were sold respectively.

The leader in terms of income from the sale of agricultural land is the Land Bank. Based on the results of nearly a thousand auctions, the winners will annually pay almost UAH 1.1 billion to the budgets of various levels.
Almost UAH 8 billion is the total value of transactions based on the results of land auctions in the state electronic system ProZorro.Sale since 2021. This is the price set at the auction for the sale of plots and annual land leases.
Over the entire period of the reform, nearly 3,000 organizers have announced land auctions in the system: communities, the state project Land Bank, private contractors, and private landowners. In four years, they have sold more than 30 thousand plots through Prozorro.Sale. These include lease, sale of private agricultural plots, and sale of seized land. The sale of state and municipal agricultural land is still prohibited by law.
Three out of the four land auctions held in the system since 2021 concerned agricultural land.
