Dmytro Moskalenko has been dismissed from his position as CEO of the Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company.
Dmytro Moskalenko thanked his colleagues and partners for their cooperation and spoke about his achievements during his tenure. He noted that under his leadership, the company managed to repair the fleet, return the company's assets, pay off debts, protect property in Hungary and Austria, cleanse the company of corruption and start cooperation with the World Bank Group. A large-scale fleet modernization program was also launched, which brought record results.
However, Moskalenko mentioned that not all plans were implemented due to the market crisis and other difficulties. He assured that he was leaving the company in a stable state, with large contracts and a modernization program.
Moskalenko did not give any reasons for his dismissal, but the order published by the media mentions memos from specialized structures and the results of an internal audit.
