The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has calculated how much debt it will demand from the private enterprise Marinex.

According to the ARMA press service, the private company was issued two orders.

In particular, the immediate transfer of guarantee payments for April 2025 in the amount of UAH 5 million 157.3 thousand and the immediate transfer of guarantee payments for May-July 2025 in the amount of UAH 17 million 191.1 thousand.

"In addition to the principal debt, the total amount of penalties, inflationary losses, 10% per annum and fines is UAH 2 million 627.8 thousand. Thus, the total amount of Marinex's debt to the state budget over the past four months has already exceeded UAH 24.9 million," ARMA said.

Earlier, the ARMA reported that it had filed claims with the Economic Court of Odesa Region to recover debts under asset management agreements concluded with Marinex, but indicated the amount of debt at UAH 16 million.

These are two management contracts for seized vessels that were transferred to ARMA's management in accordance with the rulings of investigating judges, including the EMMAKRIS III vessel, which was transferred to ARMA's management by the ruling of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.

As for the EMMAKRIS III, an attempt was made to illegally remove it from Ukraine, but it was unsuccessful. In August 2024, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announced the selection of a manager for the confiscated dry cargo vessel EMMAKRIS III. The vessel is moored at one of the berths in the port of Chornomorsk in Odesa region. The ARMA stated that given the size of the vessel (215 meters long), the high costs of its maintenance and the unjustified loss of time, the best option is to sell it.
