An unfinished multi-storey building in Zatoka, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region, has been put up for sale after nine unsuccessful attempts to hold an auction.
The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.
The announcement states that the lot is being put up for sale for the first time, however, during 2023-2024, they tried to sell it nine times, gradually reducing the starting price. The starting price of the new auction is UAH 71 million 326.1 thousand, which is more than the last one - UAH 59 million 337 thousand, but less than the penultimate one - UAH 79 million 116 thousand.
The building is the property of the bankrupt Pivdenbud Limited Liability Company. The auction is organized by the arbitration manager Yuriy Menzarenko, who was appointed by the Economic Court of Odesa Region in August.
