The auction for the sale of the 65-room Pearl recreation center in Zatoka, Odesa region, with a starting price of UAH 37 million, failed.

This is reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The recreation center is designed for 200 vacationers. The total area of the complex is 2,210 square meters. The territory of the land plot is 1.1 hectares. It consists of five buildings, three cottages, entertainment facilities, 25 gazebos, a shop, a bar, a dining room, staff rooms, and outbuildings. There is also an on-site parking lot for 150 cars.

"The base is perfect for: organizing presentations, conferences, seminars, or team sports games: kite surfing, rowing, yachting," the auction organizers claimed.

The auction was scheduled to take place on January 5, but was canceled due to lack of participants.

It should be noted that the third attempt to auction off building No. 1 (the first stage) of the tourist and recreation complex, the Cruise Hotel in Zatoka, Odesa region, also failed due to the lack of bidders.

The building was put up for sale by the insolvency officer in the bankruptcy case of the Public Joint Stock Company Tourist and Production Company Black Sea, Sergiy Kalenichenko , and this was the third attempt to sell the hotel.

Despite the fact that, compared to the second attempt, the starting price was lowered to 357 million 280 thousand, which is 258 million cheaper than before, no one wanted to buy the hotel.

The second attempt to sell the hotel for 616 million failed. The first auction was announced in September with a starting price of UAH 770 million.

Also, Bolhrad City Council in Odesa region put up for sale for the second time a non-residential building at 205 Inzovska Street with a starting price of UAH 1 million 768.4 thousand. The first auction was scheduled for December 27, 2023, but did not take place due to the lack of bids.
