State Property Fund puts up for auction the administration of the Black Sea port

The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions has put up for sale the only property complex of the state enterprise Maritime Administration of the Black Sea Fishing Port.

The company's balance sheet includes two liquid tankers Yuzhnyi, which are located at a berth in the village of Burlacha Balka, and Vostochnyi, which is located at a berth in Mykolaiv Commercial Port, a patrol boat Sadko-2, which is located at a berth in Odesa region, and a Hyundai H-1 car. The company does not own any real estate.
We are talking about small-scale privatization, which is a way to acquire enterprises, buildings, and stakes in companies owned by the state (managed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine) or communities (managed by local authorities). Small-scale privatization is limited to objects with a book value of up to UAH 250 million, and the starting price of this auction is UAH 4 million 747 thousand.
In November, the State Enterprise Odesa Port sold the Admiral De Ribas vessel along with its equipment at auction. Two companies took part in the auction: Balker Limited Liability Company and Turkish Aleria Denizcilik Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi. The winner was the latter, which agreed to pay UAH 22 million 951,100 thousand for the vessel, 400 thousand more than its competitor.
Main data of the vessel: general cargo, flag: Ukraine, home port: Odesa, place of construction: Slovakia, gross tonnage (GRT): 2,446, net registered tonnage (NRT): 957, length: 81.8 meters, beam 12.8 meters, height of the side: 7.1 meters, draft: 5.48 meters, deadweight: 3,680 tons, hull material: steel. The vessel was out of service from December 26, 2017 to November 21, 2019. The vessel has been operating in bareboat charter since November 21, 2019.
