State Property Fund puts property of Mykolaiv and Odesa ports up for auction

The property of the ports of Mykolaiv and Odesa has been put up for sale. Three vessels and a car were valued at over UAH four million.
This is evidenced by data from the electronic public procurement system Zakupivli.pro.
The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions has put up for sale the property of the state-owned Maritime Administration of the Black Sea Fishing Port.
The lot includes two liquid bulk tankers: "Pivdennyi, located at a berth in the village of Burlacha Balka, and Skhidnyi, located in the Mykolaiv Commercial Port.
A patrol boat Sadko-2, moored at a berth in Odesa region, and a Hyundai H-1 car are also for sale.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 4 million 747 thousand 11. Bids are accepted until January 14, and the auction is scheduled for January 15, 2025.
The registration fee for bidders is UAH 1,420, and the guarantee fee is UAH 949,402.
The tender states that the main obligations of the company include payment of 45 thousand hryvnias per month for the storage of the Yuzhny tanker at the berth in the village of Burlacha Balka. Due to the loss of all revenue-generating functions of the company after September 2023, all employees resigned and only one manager remained. As of 30.09.2024, the overdue accounts payable of SE MACHRP amounted to UAH 2 million 880 thousand 92.

Recently, the Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company failed to sell six vessels of the naval fleet, put up for sale as a single lot with a starting price of 440 million 680 thousand 132 hryvnias. No one wanted to buy the repaired Vilkovo and Izmail, as well as Tatarbunary, Viana do Castelo, Kiliya and Reni, which had been idle for a long time.
In early December, the State Property Fund signed a preliminary contract for the sale of the unified property complex of the Belgorod-Dniester Commercial Sea Port with TOP-Offer LLC, owned by former MP Volodymyr Prodyvus. The buyer has already paid UAH 108 million for the port, but the final agreement will be signed after certain conditions are met.
