The project envisages replacing a 100-meter-long part of the sewer collector on Ihor Bedzai Street to replace the old network, as well as performing construction and installation works using both trench and trenchless methods. The new networks will be equipped with reinforced concrete manholes. The service life of the upgraded system will be 50 years. The works are scheduled to be completed by the end of January 2025, with the road surface to be restored upon completion of all works.
Recently, Mykolaivvodokanal planned to lay asphalt in the areas where utility repairs were carried out. The works were estimated at more than UAH 12 million from the budget.
Mykolaiv will also start repairing a road for more than eleven million budget hryvnias. The Department of Housing and Communal Services has announced a tender for the current repair of the road on Slobidska Street. The contractor will have to carry out the current repair of 7219 square meters of the road. All work should be completed by December 20, 2024.
Earlier, Mykolaiv local authorities planned to carry out bank protection works in the Velyka Korenyha neighborhood. Almost UAH 2 million will be allocated from the budget for this purpose.
