The Capital Construction Department of the Odesa City Council has conducted a second procurement and selected a potential contractor for the overhaul of school No. 61, located on Akademika Vorobiova Street in the Slobodka district.

The relevant information is available in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The auction was held in the format of open bidding with peculiarities, but unlike the one held in June, it involved two companies: Limited Liability Company "Design and Construction Company "Alliance" and Limited Liability Company "Inzh-Stroy".

The former was chosen as the winner, as it offered to work for UAH 120 million 274.6 thousand. Meanwhile, the previous tender, which was held in June, was canceled due to the lack of further need for procurement.

Prior to that, in late June, the Capital Construction Department of Odesa City Council conducted a procurement and selected a potential contractor for this overhaul from a single bidder, the limited liability company Design and Construction Company Alliance.

The company expected to receive UAH 120 million 274.6 thousand if the deal was concluded. However, for this purpose, it had to eliminate a number of inconsistencies in the tender documentation, namely, to supplement it with the necessary documents. The company failed to do so.

It was also not the first tender, as the department had already held this tender in early June, and two companies took part in it. In addition to PBC Alliance LLC, there was also Inzh-Stroy LLC, which at the second step of the auction offered to make repairs for 116 million 999.9 thousand hryvnias against 117 million exactly in PBC Alliance LLC and should have been the winner, but did not eliminate the discrepancies in time and the offer was rejected.

However, in the end, the offer of PBK Alliance was rejected and the auction was canceled due to the lack of offers.
