National Agency announces tender for asset management of Mykolaiv Agricultural Company

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced a tender on Prozorro to find a manager for Mykolaiv Agricultural Company PJSC, which is located in Odesa region. The asset was transferred to ARMA's management by a decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv and valued at almost UAH 128 million.
This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.
The assets consist of a cow barn, a mechanic's house, a hangar, a weighing room, two grain warehouses, six sheep sheds, two car garages, a hay storage facility, a repair shop and a hotel.
According to the tender, the assets were valued at UAH 13 million 896 thousand 776. The expected purchase price is UAH 300 thousand.
Mykolaiv Agrarian Company (MAC) is a Ukrainian producer of agricultural products, including wheat, barley, rapeseed and sunflower oil. The company has certificates for the production of elite and reproductive agents and has the necessary infrastructure to carry out the full cycle of crop production.
According to Olena Duma, Head of ARMA, the company leases about 8,000 hectares of arable land in Snihuriv district of Mykolaiv region and Bereziv district of Odesa region. The availability of modern storage facilities allows MAC to effectively preserve the harvest. The company owns fixed assets that allow it to implement a full cycle of crop production.
The new manager, using the company's capacity, will have the opportunity to promote job creation for local residents and support the development of Ukraine's agricultural sector.
Bids can be submitted until 18:00 on November 15, 2024. The auction is scheduled to start on November 18. The agreement with the selected manager is expected to be concluded by October 31, 2029.
Recently, ARMA announced the selection of a manager for the confiscated dry cargo vessel EMMAKRIS III. The vessel is moored at one of the berths in the port of Chornomorsk in Odesa region. Its value is estimated at almost UAH 109 million.
The management agreement was signed with the private company Marinex. Another 9 seized vessels were also assigned to the manager. ". Under the terms of the new agreements between ARMA and the new manager, monthly guarantee payments to the state budget will exceed UAH 5.7 million.
In addition, the SBU initiated the seizure and transfer to the Agency of assets of a Mykolaiv businessman under sanctions worth almost UAH 120 million. In April 2021, the National Security and Defense Council imposed sanctions on Araik Amirkhanyan and he is currently on the wanted list. The list of seized property includes real estate, special equipment and vehicles.
