Mykolaiv plans to spend 11 million on outdoor lighting

Mykolaiv plans to purchase electricity for outdoor lighting. More than UAH 11 million has been allocated from the budget for this purpose.
This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.
Mykolaiv has announced a tender for the supply of electricity for outdoor lighting facilities. It is noted that the service is intended for the city districts, except for the Korabelny district, Varvarivka, V. Korenykha, and M. Korenykha village.
The customer of the works is the municipal enterprise Self-supporting construction mechanization section.
Bids can be submitted until December 26, and the auction is scheduled to take place on the same day. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure continuous lighting of city streets.
The expected value of the procurement is UAH 11 million 150 thousand 799. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 111,507.
Bidders must secure their bids with a bank guarantee in the amount of UAH 223 thousand. No security is required to secure the fulfillment of the procurement contract.
The services are to be provided from January 1 to March 31, 2025. The place of supply is street lighting control cabinets in Mykolaiv. No benefits or subsidies are provided for payments for the consumed electricity. The volume of electricity supply to the consumer for 2025 is 1,445,230 kWh.
If the consumer violates the payment terms under the agreement, the supplier has the right to demand payment of a penalty accrued for each day of delay.
If, at the initiative of the consumer, it is necessary to stop supplying energy to the facility for repair or reconstruction, the consumer must contact the system operator, which is JSC Mykolaivoblenergo. In total, 336 facilities need electricity supply.
Mykolaiv has also announced a tender for the production of documentation for the elimination of the consequences of flooding in the Pivdennyi neighborhood. One and a half million hryvnias have been allocated from the city budget. The construction of drainage facilities should protect the neighborhood from flooding for the next 50 years.
In addition, in 2025, UAH 89 million is planned to be spent from the budget for the maintenance of squares, parks and green areas and public transport stops. This is evidenced by the procurement announced by the Mykolaiv Parks utility company for the purchase of services in three districts of the city: Central, Korabelnyi and Ingulskyi districts.
