Mykolaiv plans to replace the windows in the building of the executive committee of the city council. Almost UAH 3 million was allocated from the budget for this purpose.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.
On December 24, the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council announced a tender on the Prozorro portal for the current repair of the administrative building at 20 Admiralska Street, Mykolaiv. The procurement will be conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions. This means that one bidder can apply for the tender and its offer will be considered. The auction is scheduled for January 1, 2025.
The expected cost of the project is UAH 2.7 million.
As part of the renovation, it is planned to install:
- 26 windows measuring 1400 x 2150 mm;
- 15 windows measuring 1420 x 2300 mm VORNE;
- 41 windows measuring 1400 x 2150 mm.
Among other works, the contractor will dismantle window sills, window openings, door blocks and knock off plaster. Also, the contractor has to make the slopes and paint the walls. In some cases, window units with reduced heat transfer values of up to 80% are allowed.
The contractor has to complete the work by April 1, 2025.
The project is being implemented as part of measures to eliminate accidents in budgetary institutions under the classification of carpentry and joinery.
This is not the first tender of the Mykolaiv Executive Committee. A similar procurement was already announced in September. Back then, they planned to spend more than two and a half million hryvnias on carpentry. Four bidders applied for the tender, each offering their own price, but the winner was a private entrepreneur, Dmitry Kostenko. He agreed to renovate the windows in the executive committee building for UAH 1.9 million. However, the tender was later canceled, citing the inability to eliminate the identified violations of public procurement legislation as the reason.
Voznesenskaya Hospital in Mykolaiv Oblast is planning to improve food for inpatients. The hospital plans to spend almost one and a half million hryvnias on catering services. The winning company must provide services by the end of December 2025.
Mykolaivvodokanal has also announced a tender for the design, supply, and construction and installation of water supply networks in the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv. Funding is provided by a grant from the Danish Government.
