Most of the charters of Ukrainian companies are now publicly available. They can be viewed in the format of scanned documents in real time.
This is evidenced by data from the monitoring service Opendatabot.
As of the beginning of July 2024, 1.3 million company charters were registered in Ukraine, of which 61% are publicly available. They can now be viewed through the Opendatabot website.
There are 854,000 charters of existing Ukrainian companies in the public domain, of which 98,000, or 11.5%, are model charters. In total, the charters of 61% of all registered companies are available on Opendatabot.
According to analysts, it is important to check the relevance of the charter before starting cooperation with new partners or contractors. For example, you should pay attention to the powers of the director, as the charter may contain restrictions. If the director exceeds his or her powers, the agreement may be invalid.
In order to check the charter, it is enough to send the company code to the bot.
