More than 192 million to be spent on road maintenance in one of Kherson region's districts

In August, the state institution Local Roads of Kherson Region announced three tenders for the operational maintenance of public roads of local importance in Beryslav district. The total expected cost of the works is UAH 192.5 million.
This became known from the public procurement portal Prozorro.

The first tender was announced by the Local Roads of Kherson region on August 19. The tender was for the maintenance of a public road of local importance from the border of Dnipropetrovska oblast - Zahradivka - Kochubeivka - Davydiv Brid - Kalynivske - Bobrovyi Kut - to the border of Mykolaivska oblast. The expected cost of the works was UAH 142.5 million. The contractor has until the end of the year to repair potholes, manually clean the culvert openings from dirt and sediment, and restore drainage ditches.
The tender for this procurement was held on August 27. It was attended byParitetbudinvest andAvtomagistral-Pivden LLC. The price offer of the first company amounted to UAH 127.3 million, and the second - UAH 137.0 million. Accordingly, Paritetbudinvest is waiting for the decision to conclude the contract.

According to the YouControl service, Paritetbudinvest LLC was registered in 2019. Currently, the owners are Artem Sobolev from Vinnytsia and Arkadiy Ilyashchuk. In 2020, the publication USI, referring to the website "Posipaky", named the latter as an assistant to Valentyn Gapunich, a deputy of the Odesa City Council from the party "Trust the Deeds". The authorized capital is 20 thousand hryvnias.
The second auction started on August 26. The expected cost of road maintenance in the village of Koshara, Beryslav district, is UAH 14.8 million. The scope of work includes roadside grading with a motor grader, profiling of crushed stone roads and installation of leveling layers of blast furnace slag base. The tender for this lot is to be held on September 4.
The third procurement was announced on August 38. This time, it concerns the Borozenske-Nova Kuban-Starytsia road. According to the scope of work, the contractor has to repair potholes on the road, level the roadside with a motor grader, profile the crushed stone roads, and arrange a leveling layer on the blast furnace slag base by the end of the year. The auction will be held on September 9.
