In Mykolaiv, they decided to repair and equip a shelter in a medical facility. It is planned to spend more than three million hryvnias from the local budget.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro public procurement system.

The Department of Housing and Communal Services has planned to repair and equip the shelter of the Medical and Sanitary Aid Center No. 4.

The amount of the tender security is UAH 116 thousand. The contract price is dynamic and subject to change. The auction is scheduled for August 16. At the customer's request, the works should be completed by October 31, 2024.

According to the tender documents, in case of violation of the contractual terms regarding the quality of work, the customer has the right to impose a fine of 20% of the contract value on the contractor. Termination or expiration of the contract is not a ground for non-payment of penalties under the contract.

The selected contractor must carry out dismantling and repair work. These include dismantling doors and windows, breaking off plaster, dismantling partitions, flooring, etc. They also have to carry out electrical work, ventilation, heating, water supply and sewerage. After that, the installation of doors, windows and partitions, plastering and painting work will be carried out.

Recently, the Mykolaiv region has planned to reconstruct the buildings of the Bashtanka Multidisciplinary Hospital. More than UAH 300 million will be spent from the budget. The Bashtanka hospital came under enemy rocket fire on April 19, 2022. The attack damaged the polyclinic building and partially damaged two hospital departments.

Also, a company suspected of misappropriating budget funds was awarded contracts for the construction of two shelters in Mykolaiv hospitals. The total amount of the contracts is UAH 145 million. In both cases, a single bidder, Antares-BUD, submitted its proposals and was awarded the contracts.
