The Mykolaiv Regional State Administration is preparing to sign an agreement with a contractor for the construction of a radiation shelter at the Nechayansky Lyceum. The building will be able to accommodate up to 150 people, which will allow the rural school to work in two shifts.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

The auction in the format of open bidding with special features took place on October 25. It was attended by a single participant who offered to build the shelter for UAH 33 million 822 thousand, which is almost UAH 1 million less than the budget. Thus, Interbud Construction Company LLC was awarded the contract without competition. The company is currently awaiting the signing of a contract with the Department of Urban Development, Architecture, Capital Construction and Support of Development Projects of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

According to the YouControl service, Interbud Construction Company LLC was registered in 2016 in Mykolaiv. The owners are Vadym Drapezo and Mykhailo Mazur from Mykolaiv.

The media reported that this company had previously carried out major repairs to the long-suffering fence around school No. 44. After the funds were allocated, the contractor did not perform the work for a year and only after the scandal began repairs, which he was unable to complete.

The project for the construction of a shelter for the lyceum in the village of Nechayne was created by the company Agrofon-Project, which was registered in 2027 with an authorized capital of 2 thousand hryvnias.

According to the YouControl online analytical system, the head of the company is Vladyslav Dyshlovyi. During its existence, the company has earned UAH 12 million 530 thousand 715 from public tenders. The main source of income for the company is public procurement.

Meanwhile, the Dachne village council in Odesa region is preparing to sign an agreement with a contractor to build a radiation shelter at the school that will be able to withstand a nuclear explosion.
