Wreckage of Belgorod-Dniester Lyceum destroyed by Russia removed from the coast

The debris that was part of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Lyceum destroyed by Russia and dumped on the territory of Pier 1 in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa region, was removed after publicity.
According to Volodymyr Kalnichenko, a tenant of the berth, the same vehicle of the Blagoustrii utility company drove to the berth three hours after the utility company dumped the debris and removed it.
According to the company, the dumping of construction waste at this location was the norm because the utility company does not have the funds to strengthen the shore in any other way. Because the pier is on the balance sheet of the utility company, the pier guards did not prevent the utility from dumping the debris.
"Sometimes, when they have some floor slabs, they try to strengthen the shore a little bit, because it is simply washed away. If it wasn't for this buoy, the road would have been gone long ago, because the local authorities have no money for overhaul, and we are not allowed to do it either, so this was the only solution. Why it happened this time: someone from Blagoustroi decided that when they were working on the first school, they could bring it to the pier in the same way. Of course, the guards did not attach any importance to this, because Blahoustrii had also come to this pier before, and we have no right to prevent them from coming here," the businessman said.
The city council explained to Bessarabia INFORM that the dumping of the wreckage on the coast was the decision of Blahoustroi's utility workers, who acted arbitrarily.
According to the director of Rybatsky Krai, which leases the pier, this situation is not accidental, as he says there is currently too much attention to the facility.
On July 11, specialists from the State Environmental Inspectorate of the Southwestern District accused the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City Council of violations in the area of waste management resulting from the destruction of buildings as a result of armed aggression.
