The National Agency for Finding and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) has announced a tender to select managers for two real estate properties in Odesa.

According to the ARMA press service, these are the properties transferred to ARMA's management by court decisions: the 3,670-square-meter Marcel shopping and office center on Nizhynska Street and the 4,972-square-meter Central Hotel on Preobrazhenska Street.

The properties are favorably located in the central part of Odesa, fully equipped and ready for management. The winners of the tenders will sign management agreements that provide for the preservation of the seized property, its efficient operation and revenue to the state budget. The expected purchase price for both tenders is UAH 300 thousand.

She is also the owner of the production and commercial company Victoria (Mozart Hotel), P.A.L.A.D.A. LLC ( Odesa Hotel), Krol LLC and Odesa Hotel CentralLLC.

In July, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency inspected the offices of a former deputy of the Odesa City Council. Among them was the Marcel business center on Nizhynska Street.

In June, the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announced a call for proposals for the management of three hotel complexes in the historic center and resort area of Odesa. These were: Mozart Hotel and Restaurant, OK Odesa Hotel, and Arcadia Hotel, which were transferred to the agency by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv in 2022.
