Most of the Crimean reservoir has become mineralized and unsuitable for further use in agricultural activities.
This was reported by Suspilne Krym.
Analysis of images from the occupied peninsula proves that it is impossible to use the reservoirs in the future. Instead, the enemy authorities are intending to launch the North Crimean Canal.
According to Vladyslav Balinsky, a chemist, biologist, and head of the Green Sheet NGO in Odesa, if the water level is not raised, restoration is impossible. Moreover, irreversible processes have already begun in some places.

The scientist states: "Mineralization can take place unnoticed and slowly, so if there is no monitoring of this process and it continues to grow into the soil, it will lead to a loss of fertility."

The Investigative Department of the SBU Main Directorate has sent to court cases against twenty-five people who held the positions of "judges" in Crimea. In illegal structures.
In Sudak, on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea, signs with Crimean Tatar street names are being dismantled. Instead, there will be Russian-language ones. This is primarily about the Achiklar district, a place where Crimean Tatars arranged their own housing after returning from deportation in the 1990s. They created streets and gave them their own, unofficial names in the Crimean Tatar language.
Thanks to maritime drones , the Ukrainian Armed Forces managed to establish control over most of the Black Sea and repeatedly launched strikes against the occupied Crimea.
In addition, the Russian authorities of Crimea sold more than 2 billion rubles worth of "nationalized" property at auction in the first half of 2025.
