Odesa International Film Festival has decided on the jury

The Odesa International Film Festival announces the jury of the European and National Competition programs, the Film Industry Office section and the International Federation of Film Press FIPRESCI.
This was reported by the OIFF press service.
The jury of the European competition:
- Gyda VelvinMyklebust is a Norwegian producer, head of New Nordic Films and the international co-production market at the Norwegian Film Festival in Geugesund. She is a member of the European and Norwegian Film Academies.
- Denys Tarasov is a Ukrainian director, member of the Ukrainian Film Academy and the State Film Support Council. He has created dozens of TV series, shows, and documentary projects.
- Irena Katsialovich is a Belarusian film critic, journalist, and cultural manager. She is the Head of the Culture Department at the National Representative Office of the United Transitional Government of Belarus.
- Peter Rommel is a German producer and founder of Rommel Film. In 2017, he was awarded the Max Ophüls Festival Prize for Outstanding Achievement.
- Piotr Bartuszek is a casting director from Poland, working both locally and internationally, especially in the Eastern European market. He is the founder of the Polish Casting Directors Guild (PCDG) and an active member of the International Casting Directors Association (ICDA).
- Sergiy Lavrenyuk is a Ukrainian film, theater and television producer, general producer of Solar Media Entertainment, co-owner of the Sun TV channel.
- Juris Poshkus is a Latvian director and producer known for his fiction and documentary films. He studied film at the California Institute of the Arts.
Jury member of the national competition:
Aliaksiei Paluyan - Belarusian film director, since 2012 he has been living in Germany, where he studied at the Kassel Academy of Arts. Catalin Moldovai is a Romanian film director and screenwriter. Her work has been screened in Toronto, Gothenburg, Sofia and other major festivals. Konrad Sz olaiski is a Polish screenwriter and director of documentaries and fiction films. Taras Tomenko is a Ukrainian film director and screenwriter, member of the Ukrainian and European Film Academies. Hugo Rosák is the Head of the Industry Office at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and heads the KVIFF Eastern Promises platform for projects from Central and Eastern Europe.
Jury of the Film Industry Office:
Victoria Burdukova is a producer at Up-Hub. She is currently producing a feature-length film about architect Vladyslav Horodetskyi, House with Chimeras. Volodymyr Tretyakov is a Ukrainian sound engineer and producer. Kateryna Sheveliuk is a general producer of STB series. She is known for creating modern female characters on the screen that reflect the diversity of the Ukrainian audience. Laurent Danielou is a French producer, founder of Loco Films in Paris. Maryna Kaplun is the head of the content department at Kyivstar TV. Eva Neiman is a Ukrainian film director.
Four special programs will be presented at the Odesa Film Festival. The audience will see films from Poland, Iceland, Spain, France, Germany and other countries that tell personal stories about love, family and self-discovery.
