Resident of Mykolaiv region lost her home for calling to pass on information about the Armed Forces

A resident of Mykolaiv region, who headed the occupation "election commission" and publicly supported Russia, lost her property. The investigation found that she not only justified the war, but also called for the transfer of data on the Ukrainian military.
This is evidenced by the decision of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv.
The judge considered the SBU's motion, which was approved by the prosecutor's office, and seized the suspect's property. It is a residential building with an area of 48.6 square meters, as well as two land plots - one with an area of 2 hectares and the other with an area of 0.2 hectares. The arrest was made to ensure possible confiscation in case of a guilty verdict.
According to the case, the woman had long lived in the village of Pokrovka, Ochakiv territorial community. The investigation established that on September 27, 2022, in the temporarily occupied territories of Mykolaiv region, in particular in the villages of Pokrovka, Vasylivka and Pokrovske, the Russian occupiers held a so-called "referendum" on the secession of these territories from Ukraine. After that, they were illegally included in the Kherson region.
After these events, the suspect joined the occupation administration. She was included in the illegal election commission at polling station 120, and her candidacy was nominated by a Russian political party. Subsequently, the woman was appointed the head of this "commission" operating in the occupied territory.
A separate episode was her public interview recorded in October 2023 in the occupied territory. In the video, she openly supported Russia's actions and repeated propaganda narratives. In particular, she stated:"Russia is doing the right thing, victory will be ours, we are for the truth, we will win. Ukraine is a colony of the West, we have all been deceived". She also justified violence in her words:"Evil, it needs to be crushed at the root... and right now Putin is doing it." The examination confirmed that these statements contain signs of justification of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine.
In addition, the investigation found that the woman administered a telegram channel where she called for information about Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. In her publications, she asked to provide the coordinates of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the GUR and other formations, as well as personal data of the military and information about their whereabouts. In some messages, she directly inquired about the location of the units in Ochakiv and called for attacks on them.
The woman was notified of suspicion under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provide, inter alia, for the confiscation of property. The court seized the property to prevent the alienation of assets during the investigation.
The court also seized the property of a Kherson resident who had been spreading Russian propaganda on social media for years. He paid for the posts "about the liberation of Kyiv" and fictional stories about the support of Russia with an apartment and a car.
