Kherson resident kept child pornography and molested her son

Juvenile prosecutors of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office have completed the pre-trial investigation and submitted the case against a resident of Kherson to the court. The woman is accused of committing lewd acts against a minor child, and the crime was committed by a person who is a close relative of the victim.

In addition, the indictment contains evidence of the defendant's involvement in the creation, storage and distribution of pornographic materials, including those containing child pornography.
According to the investigation, during 2024, the woman administered a community in one of the messengers through which she distributed photo and video materials with pornographic content. It was established that the accused was engaged in the production of this content directly in the presence of her two young children. In addition, files classified as child pornography were found on her cell phone received from an unauthorized person.
A separate serious episode of the case is the molestation of the woman's own young son. Taking advantage of the child's helpless state and his inability to realize the illegality of his actions, the mother committed brutal acts against the boy. At present, both children have been removed from dangerous living conditions and are under the care and supervision of qualified specialists.

For several years, the man had systematically raped one minor ward and committed lewd acts against six other girls under his care. The suspect was detained in Ivano-Frankivsk region, where the family-type orphanage moved from Kherson region after the outbreak of full-scale hostilities.
The accused is currently in custody. All of his children were immediately removed and are currently undergoing psychological rehabilitation under the supervision of specialists.
