In the Mykolaiv region, teenagers robbed and set fire to a business

Two minors were sentenced for a series of crimes committed in Voznesensk during martial law. One of them was convicted not only of theft but also of arson, which caused significant damage to a business.
This is according to the verdict of the Voznesensk City and District Court.
According to the case file, the minors stole property from the premises of Vlad LLC and Pamir Bud Private Enterprise. Among the stolen items were metal tanks, a boiler, concrete blocks, a construction vibrating rammer, a wheelbarrow, cement, power cable, rubber boots, and other items. Law enforcement officers seized a significant portion of the property and returned it to its rightful owners.
In addition, one of the convicted individuals set fire to a utility room housed in a metal container. As the court established, a video recording was found on his phone showing him lighting a match, throwing it inside the container, and then closing the door, leaving the room engulfed in flames. This recording served as one piece of evidence in the criminal proceedings.
The court found one of the defendants guilty and sentenced him to two years of probation. The second minor, convicted of theft, received one year of probation. Both were required to report regularly to the probation office, notify authorities of any change in residence or school, not leave Ukraine without permission, and comply with the terms of the probation program. In addition, the court ordered one of the defendants to pay over 14,600 hryvnias in court costs for forensic examinations.
Furthermore, a minor from the Mykolaiv region set fire to transformer substations on orders from Russians and received money in return. The court found him guilty, sentenced him to five years in prison, but suspended the sentence on the condition that he compensate for the damages caused.
