From a former military registration and enlistment office official to a defendant in a collaboration case, a woman from occupied Beryslav headed a pseudo-police force and starred in a propaganda video in support of Russia. Now she is wanted by Ukrainian law enforcement.
This is evidenced by the decision of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv.
According to the investigation, the citizen of Ukraine, while in occupied Beryslav, voluntarily took the position of "Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Department for the Beryslav Municipal District" between March and July 2022.
In addition, in September 2022, the woman took part in a propaganda video filmed during the illegal referendum. In her interview, she stated that she voted "for her future" and supported joining the Russian Federation. She also expressed her belief that a "better future" was ahead, in which, according to her, people would be provided for and children would have the opportunity to receive a better education.
This video was later published on the Internet, which, according to expert opinion, contains signs of justification and recognition of the legitimacy of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, as well as denial of the fact of occupation.
On February 26, 2026, the woman was notified of suspicion of collaboration and justification of Russia's armed aggression through the media. She ignored the calls to the investigator and did not get in touch.
According to the investigation, the suspect is hiding in the temporarily occupied territory, in particular in Nova Kakhovka, and continues to cooperate with the occupation administration.
In this regard, on March 5, 2026, she was put on the wanted list, and the court granted permission to conduct a special pre-trial investigation.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, this is Anzhelika Osadcha, who was notified in absentia of suspicion of collaboration in February 2026 by the Security Service of Ukraine and the prosecutor's office.
Until 2017, Osadcha held the position of a leading specialist in the recruitment department of the Beryslav District TCC and JV (at that time, a military enlistment office). She was fired after being caught taking bribes: she received money for obtaining a deferment from military service.
On September 26, 2017, the Beryslav District Court found Anzhelika Osadcha guilty of taking a bribe. She was fined 17 thousand hryvnias.
After leaving the Beryslav district, she worked in the occupation administration, where she headed the department of interaction with the so-called "evacuated" citizens.
Her civilian husband, Serhiy Kolb, is also acting on the side of the occupiers. He took part in patriotic events for young people and worked as a deputy military commissar of the Beryslav district, where he was responsible for recruiting for contract service in the territorial defense units of Kherson and the region, both among officers and non-commissioned officers and privates. During the occupation, Kolb was involved in the abduction of civilians and torture.
