Documents related to a case involving the possible illegal transfer of property belonging to the Black Sea Yacht Club were seized in Odesa.

The Primorsky District Court of Odessa issuedthe corresponding ruling on October 27.

According to the investigation, officials of the state-owned enterprise “Black Sea Yacht Club,” which is managed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine, may have abused their authority and official positions.

According to law enforcement, the case involves the possible transfer of state property to third parties for use without following the legally prescribed lease procedure.

On August 26, 2026, investigators conducted an inspection of the yacht club’s premises. The property in question is a 2.9-hectare plot of land owned by the Odesa Regional State Administration and used by the Black Sea Yacht Club.
