The project is being implemented by the Housing, Utilities and Capital Construction Department of Voznesensk City Council, and Voznesensk City Council is the balance holder.

The shelter will become one of the elements of the town's security infrastructure, as its restoration will allow the community residents to have reliable protection in case of emergencies.

In the village of Zelenyi Yar, Mykolaiv region, it is planned to overhaul the radiation shelter located in the basement of the local lyceum. The project provides for the creation of a modern and safe shelter that meets all civil protection standards, but additional funding is needed to implement it. So far, the local authorities have been able to allocate only 5% of the required UAH 14 million.
