Currently, the confirmed funding is UAH 810 thousand from the local budget, which is 0.78% of the total project amount. The project is in line with the strategic documents of the local level, in particular the Program of Economic and Social Development of the Kherson City Territorial Community for 2024.

The construction includes: construction of the main shelter building; construction and installation works; waterproofing and insulation of structures, installation of internal and external engineering networks and doors, and interior finishing works.

The balance holder and main customer is the Capital Construction Department of Kherson City Council. This facility is part of the overall program to strengthen the protection of civilians and is part of a set of measures aimed at improving the level of security in educational institutions.

A new administrative building is planned to be built in the village of Nova Kamianka. It will become the center of community management and service provision to residents, and the estimated budget of the project is UAH 96.3 million.

In addition, the Kherson region plans to create a centralized warning system that will provide prompt information to the population about possible threats and emergencies. This project is expected to receive over UAH 5 million in funding.
