Mykolaiv plans to build temporary parking and charging stations for city electric vehicles. More than seven million hryvnias were allocated from the budget for this purpose.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Prozorro procurement system.
The customer of the works was Mykolaivelectrotrans. The expected purchase price is UAH 7 million 204 thousand 133. The minimum price reduction step is about 72 thousand.
The customer requires the winner to provide a security for the execution of the procurement contract in the form of cash no later than the date of the procurement contract conclusion. The amount of the security for the procurement contract is 3% of the contract value.
The essential terms of the procurement contract may not be changed after its signing until the parties have fulfilled their obligations in full, except in a few cases. These include a decrease in the volume of purchases, fluctuations in the price of goods on the market and the extension of the procurement contract.
The auction is scheduled to start on October 4. The winnermust provide information on the experience of fulfilling a similar contract for the subject of procurement and a letter of recommendation. In addition, they must confirm the availability of the following equipment: an ice rink; an excavator, a dump truck, an asphalt paver and a vibrating compactor.
The works should be completed no later than May 31, 2025.
Charging stations for electric vehicleshave now been installed in Mykolaiv. In this way, the city is joining a global green initiative that is gaining popularity around the world. As of today, Mykolaivoblteploenergo has already set up charging stations in 17 locations in the city. All of them are connected to online billing platforms and are available for use.
In May, the utility company held a tender for the purchase of 20 charging stations for electric vehicles. The expected cost was about UAH 1.6 million. In total, it is planned to create a total of 55 electric vehicle charging points in the city.
The program for the development of the electric charging infrastructure of the Mykolaiv city territorial community for 2024-2028 was approved by the deputies in June 2024.
The program was developed to ensure the development of Mykolaiv's electric charging infrastructure, encourage the use of vehicles equipped with electric motors, reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and reduce the dependence of Ukraine's economy on energy imports.
