Kherson region decided to create a cultural center for 50 million

A modern cultural center is planned to be built in Kherson Oblast. It is planned to raise more than fifty million hryvnias for this purpose.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Dream digital restoration ecosystem.
It is planned to renovate the Beryslav Taras Shevchenko Center for Culture and Leisure. The project was initiated by the Department of Education, Culture, Youth, Tourism and Sports of the Beryslav City Council.

According to the project description, the creation of such a cultural center will solve the problem of cultural development and leisure for residents of the Beryslav territorial community.
The project budget is UAH 51 million 200 thousand. Capital expenditures are to be allocated at UAH 50 million, and operational expenditures, which include design and survey work, at UAH 1 million 200 thousand.

According to the passport, the cost of the institution in 2003 was UAH 337,710. The building itself was built in 1960.
The project is currently in preparation and requires funding. The estimated duration of the project is 36 months.
Recently, a contractor was selected in the Kherson region to install 11 solar power plants for the money of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). Almost 7.3 million hryvnias were allocated for this purpose, and the contract was signed for 5.7 million hryvnias.
It was assumed that the installation of solar power plants would improve the quality of water supply and sewerage services and ensure the smooth functioning of critical infrastructure.
And in Mykolaiv region, it was decided to reconstruct a kindergarten, which will be restored in 2021. More than UAH 56 million was allocated from the budget, which is UAH 10 million more than last year. It is planned to reconstruct the Kobleve pre-school institution "Sonechko". In 2021, the reconstruction of the kindergarten was part of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Big Construction program.
At the end of September, the Capital Construction Department of Odesa City Council planned to sign an agreement worth more than UAH 148 million with the AVIS consortium. The procurement relates to the repair and restoration of the City Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and the consortium was the only participant.
