In Novomykolaivka, plans to restore kindergarten damaged by shelling

A kindergarten damaged by enemy shelling is to be rebuilt in Mykolaiv Oblast. More than 16 million hryvnias are planned to be raised for the restoration of the kindergarten.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the state digital ecosystem Dream.
It is planned to overhaul the building of the Novomykolayivka preschool educational institution "Dzvinochok" of the Pervomaisk Village Council.
The aim of the project is to carry out major repairs to ensure safe and comfortable conditions for children and staff. The project is aimed at eliminating the consequences of damage caused by Russian aggression and shelling of the institution.

The project was initiated by the Education Department of the Pervomaisk Village Council. The estimated duration of the reconstruction is 12 months.
Among other works, the project provides for the replacement of doors and windows, restoration of interior and floor finishes, installation of wall insulation, roof repair, restoration of water supply and sewage, heating and ventilation, electrical solutions, and installation of lightning protection.
The project budget is UAH 16 million 136 thousand 402. In 2023, 142 thousand 350 hryvnias were spent on design. It is planned to spend UAH 11 million 195 thousand 940 on construction, and UAH 1 million 843 thousand 290 on other capital expenditures.
In 2023, 41 thousand 360 hryvnias were spent on design and survey work, and 41 thousand 221 hryvnias on author's supervision.

Also, according to Prozorro, a contract for consulting services in the fields of engineering and construction was signed in August 2024. The agreement was signed with Ukrainian Interregional Construction Expertise LLC for UAH 21,152.
These funds will also be used to purchase furniture for the preschool.
Also in Mykolaiv region, it was decided to reconstruct a kindergarten, which will be restored in 2021. More than 56 million hryvnias were allocated from the budget, which is 10 million more than last year. It is planned to reconstruct the Kobleve pre-school institution "Sonechko". In 2021, the restoration of the kindergarten was part of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy 's Big Construction program, but the work was interrupted due to the full-scale invasion.
In addition, UAH 19 million was allocated to restore the Malyatko kindergarten and improve the territory in the village of Syniukhin Brid. The reconstruction of the facility began in 2020. The kindergarten is designed for 60 children, has two floors and covers 513 square meters.
