This information came to light from Chervonenko’s declaration, published on October 21 in the state registry.

According to the document, Natalia Chervonenko is registered in Nova Kakhovka but actually resides in the Netherlands. She is there under temporary protection in accordance with EU Directive No. 2001/55/EC. She did not classify herself as a person holding a position of responsibility, posing a high risk of corruption, or belonging to the category of national public figures. Her husband, Dmytro Chervonenko, is listed as the only family member in the declaration.

Over the course of the year, Natalia Chervonenko declared:

Her husband declared 1.2 million hryvnias in salary from the regional office of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in the Kirovohrad region.

In The Hague, Natalia Chervonenko has been living rent-free in social housing—an apartment owned by the municipality—since April 2022. The apartment’s size was not specified in the declaration.

Dmytro Chervonenko rents a 64.2-square-meter residential building in the city of Blahovishchenske, Kirovohrad Oblast.

He owns a 2022 Tesla Model Y, which he purchased in June 2025 for 900,000 hryvnias. Dmytro Chervonenko also uses a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer, which belongs to Valeriy Chervonenko.

Among his securities, he declared 18 shares of PJSC “Kharkiv Bearing Plant” and two blocks of government bonds—each consisting of 100 bonds with a face value of 1,000 hryvnias each.
