The first deputy head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Nadiya Zadorozhna, became the owner of a 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan in 2025.
According to the Center for Public Investigations, she reported this in a declaration published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, the car cost her UAH 1 million 707 thousand.
Her husband also became the owner of a 2012 BMW X5, which he purchased for 400 thousand hryvnias. The family's real estate consists of a 105.8-square-meter apartment in Odesa and a 3.5-square-meter non-residential building, which are jointly owned by Nadiya Zadorozhna and her husband, Oleh Nasibulin.
Last year, the family's income consisted of UAH 976.5 thousand earned by Oleh Nasibulin through his business, UAH 59,656 earned by him at Odesa CHP. He also received UAH 1 million 499.9 thousand in income from the alienation of movable property. Last year, Nadiya Zadorozhna earned UAH 1 million 114.5 thousand at the Dnipro Regional State Administration and UAH 292.8 thousand as deputy head of the Odesa MVA. She also received UAH 13.3 thousand in insurance payments.
The family's savings consist of cash: 500 thousand hryvnias from Nadiia Zadorozhna, 70 thousand US dollars and 300 thousand hryvnias from her husband.
Earlier, the deputy head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Olha Lozova , declared an apartment in Odesa rented since October 2025 and a salary in three places.

The former deputy mayor of Odesa , Hanna Pozdnyakova , filed two declarations two months apart - one upon her dismissal in December 2025 and one annual in February 2026 - and the annual declaration had more income items compared to the dismissal declaration. The declarations also contain different amounts of cash savings. If the cash is the same - 20 thousand dollars - the difference is in bank deposits. In her resignation letter, it was stated that Hanna Pozdnyakova had 179.7 thousand hryvnias in the bank, and in her annual declaration - 182.8 thousand.
