Last year, MPs, in particular those from Mykolaiv region, actively expanded their land and housing assets. A total of 113 MPs declared new real estate, including those involved in NABU cases and journalistic investigations.

This is stated in the material of New Voice.

According to their estimates, 73 MPs from the Servant of the People party reported the addition of new square meters or hectares of land to their or their family's assets.

At the same time, among those who have improved their living conditions are politicians who are involved in criminal proceedings or journalistic investigations.

For example, Liudmyla Marchenko, who was previously found guilty by the High Anti-Corruption Court and sentenced to two years in prison, declared two land plots near Ternopil. At the same time, her son rented a room in Austria.

MP from Mykolaiv region Ihor Negulevskyi, who was notified by the NABU of suspicion in a case of possible bribes for voting, indicated in his declaration the lease of a large house of about 800 square meters in Kozynska community near Kyiv.

Another defendant in the same case, Yevhen Pyvovarov, said that his wife and daughter rent a 120-square-meter apartment in Uzhhorod.

Andriy Klochko, who is on trial for illicit enrichment, declared that his son rented a room in the Netherlands.

Former MP Iryna Kormyshkina, who resigned her mandate after receiving a suspicion from the NABU, became the owner of a 250-square-meter house near Odesa and 17 land plots at once. Her husband, in turn, announced the acquisition of another 35 plots in southern Ukraine.

Ihor Murdiy, who was mentioned in connection with his participation in private events with representatives of the Presidential Office, rented a house with a land plot totaling about 1500 square meters in the village of Khotiv near Kyiv and also acquired a plot in the Kirovohrad region.

MP Yuriy Koryavchenkov has also been in the spotlight for his real estate abroad - earlier, journalists reported on his family's apartment in Spain.

Others include Batkivshchyna representative Kostyantyn Bondariev, who is suspected of smuggling people across the state border. His declaration states that his wife has become the owner of a house and a land plot in France.

Anna Skorokhod from the For the Future party, who is also suspected by anti-corruption authorities, declared the purchase of an apartment in Vyshhorod with an area of almost 120 square meters.

Another representative of this political force, Anton Yatsenko, indicated that his wife rents a part of a townhouse in the UK with an area of more than 100 square meters, which could be used by their children.

In general, the analysis of declarations shows that despite the war and economic instability, a significant number of MPs continue to actively invest in real estate, both in Ukraine and abroad. At the same time, some cases raise additional questions because the owners are involved in criminal cases or anti-corruption investigations.

The analysts also examined open data on the business ties of the family of MP Yulia Tymoshenko. As of January 2026, the family was involved in 15 Ukrainian and several foreign companies.
