Odesa opens case over schemes with land plot of Odrex clinic

Law enforcement officers are investigating the possible unauthorized expansion of the land plot and change of its intended use, where the Odrex clinic is located. It turned out that the founders of the clinic and the owners of the land it leases are almost completely the same.
UNN investigated whether the clinic had anything to do with this.
According to the investigation, the founders of the scandalous clinic could have been involved in making changes to the state registers concerning the land plot and real estate where the medical institution operates. The matter concerns a possible unauthorized increase in the land area and a change in its intended purpose.
Investigators are checking the use of the land plot and real estate where the main location of the Odrex clinic is located. According to law enforcement, reconstruction and construction could have been carried out on the site, which belongs to Acacia Factory LLC, beyond the designated area.
The legality of making changes to the State Register of Property Rights is being checked separately: both in terms of the area of the facility and in terms of changing its type from "non-residential buildings and structures" to "non-residential buildings of a healthcare facility". According to the Odesa Architectural and Construction Control, there were no permits for construction work or commissioning of the facilities at this address. The surveyor also noted that part of the clinic building could illegally extend beyond the leased area.
Odrex Medical Home and its lawyers stated that the clinic had nothing to do with the real estate issues. According to them, the landlord received a court order to inspect the building and the surrounding area, and no investigative actions are related to the license or operation of the medical facility.
However, open registry data casts doubt on the clinic's complete innocence. The founders of Acacia Factory LLC and Odrex Medical House LLC are almost identical: Iryna Zaikova, Larysa Mysotska, and Yevhen Savytskyi own stakes in both companies. The controlling stake in Odrex belongs to Iryna Zaikova, Larysa Mysotska has a significant stake, Tigran Harutyunyan has a small stake, and Yevhen Savytskyi has a minimal stake.
The clinic 's lawyers also claimed "pressure on the business," allegedly due to investigative actions. However, the inspection of the land plot was carried out with the participation of a surveyor, without entering the premises. At the same time, the inspection concerned only the boundaries of the land plot and the location of the building, not the operating rooms, intensive care units or the medical process. The pre-trial investigation is currently underway, and the final conclusions will be made by the court.
Last December, the head of the Odesa Dolphinarium was notified of suspicion for unauthorized construction on Lanzheron Beach. Nerum LLC had leased only 0.5 hectares of land for the dolphinarium and the Nemo hotel complex, but the facility was expanded beyond the leased area.
