Odesa MP declares premium cars and private kindergartens

The family of Olena Vododyuk, a member of the Odesa City Council, owns two apartments in Odesa, two cars made in 2017, and shares in private kindergartens and a charity fund. In addition, the family keeps hundreds of thousands of dollars and hryvnias in cash and keeps funds on accounts in Ukrainian and foreign banks.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the MP's declaration for 2025.

Olena Vododyuk, a deputy of the VIII convocation of the Odesa City Council, elected in district 4, has published her amended declaration for 2025. She is a non-factional member of the Standing Committee on Education, Sports and Interaction with Public Organizations, and also participates in the parliamentary groups Equal Opportunities and Women. Peace. Security" groups.

The deputy's family owns and uses two apartments in Odesa. The first one, with an area of 145.5 m², was purchased in 2013 for UAH 850,143. The apartment is used not only by the MP herself, but also by her husband Roman and children Anastasiia and Ivan. The second apartment, with an area of 55.9 m², belongs to Anastasiia's daughter and was purchased in 2020 for UAH 109,680.

The family owns two premium cars purchased almost simultaneously in 2017. The 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC 220D was purchased for UAH 1,836,684, while the 2017 Toyota RAV4 was purchased for UAH 1,032,251.

Vododyuk owns stakes in several private institutions and a charitable foundation. In the private institution Happy Time-3, she owns 100% of the shares purchased in September 2019 for UAH 400 thousand, and in Happy Time-4, she also owns 100% of the shares purchased in June 2019 for UAH 2 thousand. In addition, the MP is the founder of the Holliday Charitable Foundation and owns a number of trademarks: ODESARIUM, YU, MoRiNa, and 11 Friends of Promotion.

The family's income for 2025 includes salaries, dividends, interest, and allowances. The MP received UAH 100 thousand in dividends from Happy Time-3, UAH 21,227 in interest from VST Bank, UAH 1 thousand in financial assistance from the Ministry of Economy, and UAH 5,505 in additional benefits from Universal Bank.

Additionally, Vododyuk declared UAH 400,100 in income from the alienation of real estate. Her husband received a salary of UAH 402,893 from the Odesa Regional Clinical Hospital and a pension of UAH 81,193. Her daughter and son received minor additional payments.

The MP's family keeps substantial cash and bank accounts in Ukraine and abroad. Olena Vododyuk owns USD 198,500 in cash, as well as UAH 1,368,000 in bank accounts and a deposit with VST Bank for UAH 640,000. In addition, she has UAH 10,491 in her account at Universal Bank.

Her husband, Roman Vododyuk, holds USD 25 thousand in cash and UAH 378 thousand in cash. He has UAH 5,903 in bank accounts at Universal Bank, UAH 31,904 at PrivatBank, and UAH 21,227 at VST Bank.

His daughter keeps UAH 450 thousand in cash and USD 16 thousand. She has UAH 10,174 in bank accounts at Universal Bank and small savings in other banks. Her son has 140 thousand hryvnias in cash.

According to My.Ratings, Olena Vododyuk used to be a marketing manager at City Group (shopping malls, Arcadia, etc.). Now she is engaged in entrepreneurship, providing various auxiliary commercial services, heads the Holidays charity foundation and is a co-owner of Happy Time LLC, as well as private kindergartens Happy Time-2, Happy Time-3 and Happy Time-4.

In the fall of 2020, she ran for the Odesa City Council from the OPFL under No. 4 on the list and in District 4 and received a deputy mandate with 262 votes. In the VIII convocation, Vododyuk was a member of the OPFL faction and the Commission on Education, Sports and Cooperation with Public Organizations. After the start of the full-scale invasion in 2022 and the banning of the OPFL due to its pro-Russian policy, she left the faction and started volunteering.

Arkadiy Mkrtichyan, deputy head of the Odesa District Council, also filed a declaration for 2025 with information on income, property, and savings. The official keeps most of his assets in US dollars.
