The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) seized 1.63 million hryvnias, 13,000 euros, and 200 U.S. dollars, which were confiscated during a search, along with documents related to the construction of a medical facility in Mykolaiv.

This is stated in a ruling by an investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

NABU detectives conducted the search on October 7 at a residential building in Mykolaiv. The investigating judge granted the motion filed by the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office and prohibited the disposal, management, or use of the seized property.

Among the seized materials are documents related to the construction of a new emergency medical care unit at the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital located at 1 Kyivska Street in Mykolaiv.

In particular, law enforcement officers seized two flash drives containing cost estimates, expense calculations, and a draft contract for construction work. They also seized a MacBook Air laptop, rough notes, safekeeping agreements, and acceptance and transfer certificates.

The court order mentions documents regarding the safekeeping of property concluded between “Rembud-Pivden” LLC and the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, as well as between “Antares-Bud” LLC and the Bashtanka District Military Administration.

As “Intent” previously reported,“Antares-Bud” LLC has been the subject of journalistic and criminal investigations. In Mykolaiv, the company became the contractor for the reconstruction of the regional children’s clinical hospital, a project valued at over 600 million hryvnias. Despite submitting the highest bid, this company was selected to carry out the work, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.

The contracting authority for the procurement is the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction, and Development Project Support of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration. The co-owners of “Antares-BUD” are Mykolaiv residents Volodymyr Tsutskaiev and Yulia Filippova, who are father and daughter.
