Last year, the savings of the deputy of Odesa City Council reached 280 thousand dollars

More than UAH 11 million in income, USD 280 thousand and UAH 1 million in cash - Oleksiy Potapsky, a deputy of the Odesa City Council, has disclosed the structure of his assets.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, citing the deputy's declaration, the basis is made up of business income, cash in foreign currency and corporate rights.

His wife's savings are listed separately - another $55,000 in cash. In addition, the funds are placed in the banking system: the MP keeps more than 155 thousand hryvnias, 6 thousand 466 euros and 228 US dollars. He has also declared deposits: 30 thousand euros and 883 dollars.

The MP indicated an impressive list of real estate, both his own and registered in his wife's name. It includes land plots, apartments, office space, a garage, and large apartments.

The MP's own property includes a 290-square-meter plot of land in the Tairovska community. He also owns an office space in Odesa with an area of almost 55 square meters. In 2017, Potapskyi acquired an apartment of 52.5 square meters, and in 2021, he bought a 33-square-meter garage in Odesa.

At the same time, much of the real estate is registered in the name of the MP's wife. In particular, she owns a 590-square-meter plot of land in the village of Nova Dolyna. She also owns an apartment in Odesa with an area of 129 square meters, as well as another apartment with an area of over 106 square meters. In addition to residential real estate, the MP's wife also owns commercial properties. In 2021, she purchased an office in Odesa with an area of almost 119 square meters.

Separately, the declaration indicates an apartment of more than 376 square meters in Odesa, which the wife uses free of charge. The owner of this property is Lyudmyla Aldabaeva.

The MP also owns a 2020 BMW X7 car, which he purchased in 2024. The second car, a Zeekr 7X made in 2025, is registered in the name of the MP's wife, Hanna Cherednychenko, and was purchased in October 2025.

In September 2024, Potapskyi purchased 40,376 securities. The nominal value of one security is UAH 41.14. In addition, he has stakes in three Ukrainian companies acquired in 2021. The smallest share is declared in the agricultural production cooperative Druzhba Narodiv. It amounts to 25% of the authorized capital, which is estimated at UAH 5,375 in monetary terms.

The MP has the largest financial contribution in Price Development LLC. He owns 50% of the company with a share value of UAH 176,250. Another half of the business - 50% - is declared in Zernyatko Plus LLC, where the share is valued at UAH 10 thousand.

In addition to the declared corporate rights, Potapsky indicated in his declaration a list of legal entities in which he is the ultimate beneficial owner. Among them are Druzhba Narodiv Agricultural Production Cooperative, Price Development LLC, registered in Podilsk, Odesa region. The list also includes Zernyatko Plus LLC, whose legal address is also associated with the village of Nestoita. In addition, Potapskyi is listed as a beneficiary of the Kalion 1 farm located in the village of Zatyshshia, Podilskyi district.

He earned more than UAH 6 million from business activities. Another significant source was dividends: almost UAH 4.9 million from the Druzhba Narodiv cooperative and more than UAH 5.1 million from Zernyatko Plus LLC.

In addition, he received a salary of UAH 304.2 thousand from the NGO Vy.Mova and more than UAH 40 thousand from Druzhba Narodiv. Additionally, he declared interest income from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and banking institutions, as well as small amounts of cashback and bonuses.

The state payment under the program "National Cashback "Made in Ukraine" is indicated separately - UAH 5 thousand 878. The declarant's wife received more than UAH 125 thousand from independent professional activities, as well as UAH 1.05 million from the alienation of movable property. According to the declaration for 2024, it is a VOLKSWAGEN ID.6 of 2022, which was purchased for UAH 1 million 165 thousand.
