House, apartments and thousands in foreign currency: what the declaration of Mykolaiv Regional Council Chairman Tabunschyk showed

Anton Tabunshchyk, the head of Mykolaiv Regional Council, listed a house in the suburbs, several apartments, vehicles, and significant cash savings in foreign currency in his 2025 declaration. The main source of his income is his salary at the regional council, which exceeded UAH 1.8 million over the year.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.
According to the document, Tabunschyk does not have citizenship of other states and does not have the right to permanent residence abroad. He is the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council.
The declaration also lists his family members: his wife , Iryna Tabunschyk, and two children: daughter Margarita and son Yaroslav. All of them are registered and live in Mykolaiv.
The official's real estate includes several properties, both privately and jointly owned. In particular, he owns a 68-square-meter apartment in Mykolaiv purchased in 2012 for UAH 82,518. His wife also lives in this apartment and has the right to use it free of charge.
In addition, in 2018, the chairman of the Mykolaiv Regional Council became a co-owner of a residential building in the village of Mishkovo-Pohorilove, Mykolaiv district. The area of the house exceeds 544 square meters, and its declared value was UAH 443,142. The property is jointly owned with Tetiana Zhelo.
Along with the house, they also declared a land plot of 887 square meters in the same village. It is also registered in joint ownership, but its value is not specified in the document.
The declaration also mentions the property of family members. This is an apartment in Pivdenoukrainsk with an area of 68.1 square meters, which belongs to the official's wife as joint property. There is also another apartment in Mykolaiv with a similar area, purchased in 2012, which is used by the family.
Among the vehicles, Anton Tabunschyk declared a 2018 Jeep Cherokee purchased in 2020 for UAH 575 thousand. He also owns a 2006 Kawasaki D-Tracker motorcycle, purchased at the end of 2021 for UAH 70 thousand.
In addition, the family uses a 2015 Skoda Fabia on a free-of-charge basis. The car formally belongs to another person, but the official's wife has the right to use it.
The income section indicates that in 2025 the official received UAH 1,834,581 in salary from the regional council. Additionally, he declared UAH 5,514 of state payments under the program "National Cashback "Made in Ukraine". His wife received UAH 5,301 under the same program.
The declaration also includes cash savings: 52 thousand US dollars belong to Tabunschyk himself, and his wife keeps 20 thousand euros.
The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration , Vitaliy Kim, also published his annual declaration for 2025. In the document, he listed real estate in Mykolaiv, cars, his wife's business, and an expensive watch.
